Select Resource Display Fields

In addition to the name of the facilities, instructors and class resources, Catalog administrators can select other properties to display for each in the Resource Planner. Information that does not fit on one line in the planner's resources column is displayed as a tool tip when you move the pointer over the text.

To select the display fields

  1. Go to Manage Center > Learning > Resource Planner. The Resource Planner opens. If there is no default resource preset the Resources dialog opens.
  2. Click Cancel to close the Resources dialog.
  3. Select Display Fields from the action menu above the planner. The Display Fields dialog opens.
  4. Select the check boxes of the information you want to display for facilities, instructors and class resources where they appear in the left-most column in the planner.
  5. To re-order the display fields, click and drag them up or down the list.
  6. Click Apply to save your changes.
