Configure Job Profile Auto-assignment Scans
Before job profiles can be auto-assigned to users, you must configure their auto-assign criteria in the job profiles' Auto-assign page.
Administrators with unrestricted access to the Job Profiles feature in System Roles (Manage Features > Competency Manager Features) can configure job profile auto-assignment scanning intervals.
To configure the scan intervals for automatically assigning job profiles
- Go to . The Job Profiles page opens.
- Click Auto-Assign Console. The Profile Auto-Assign Console page opens.
- Select a scan interval setting from the Criteria Scan Interval drop-down list.
- If you selected Initiate New Check at Every Login, enter the number of seconds to wait until job profiles are assigned to users after they login.
- To enable auto-assignment processing for logged-out users, select the scan interval from the Offline Bulk Auto-Assign drop-down list.
- Click Execute to initialize the scan intervals.
