Define Session Approver

If a program session has an enrollment policy that includes an enrollment approval step, course administrators can select up to two people who can approve the enrollment. When a learner requests enrollment into the program session, the people you select here are sent the approval request email.

To select up to two session approvers for the program

  1. Go to Manage Center > Learning > Learning Modules and click the name of the program module to open. The Catalog Editor opens at the Define Module Properties page.
  2. Click Session Properties to select a session to configure.
  3. Select a session from the drop-down list and click Go
  4. Click Define Session Approver in the Session Properties tab. The Learning Program Session Approver page opens.
  5. Click the browse icon to select a session approver. The Select Approver selector page opens in a new window. 
  6. Select the session approver for the program session. (For more information about selector pages, see the User Selector.)
  7. Repeat steps 5 and 6 for a second approver, if required.
  8. Click the Save icon to save your changes.
