Enrollment Substitution

Enrollment substitution is available only for the Learning LMS license. It enables you to replace a participant enrolled in a session with another participant. To substitute a participant, the following prerequisites must be satisfied:

When you select a new learner for the substitution you can choose whether to send them notification emails, such as an enrollment confirmation.

To view the list of participants enrolled in a session

  1. Go to Manage Center > Learning > Learning Modules and select the learning module you want to view the participants for. The Catalog Editor opens at the Define Module Properties page.
  2. Click Session Properties to select a session.
  3. Select a session from the drop-down list and click Go
  4. Click Participants in the Session Properties tab. The Participants page opens with a list of participants who have a transcript record for the session.
  5. For a single participant, select Enrollment Substitution from the action menu or select a new overall status from the drop-down list.
  6. For multiple participants, check their boxes to select them and select Enrollment Substitution from the Bulk Action drop-down list.
