Approve or Deny Withdrawals

You can approve or deny withdrawals for courses with enrollment policies that have an assigned enrollment policy that requires withdrawal approval and for which you match the Approver Selection Type (for example, you are the learner's direct appraiser).

Administrators with at least read-only access to the Withdrawal Approval feature in System Roles (Review Features > Review Features) can approve or deny withdrawals.

To approve or deny withdrawals

  1. Go to Home > Workspace > Withdrawal Approval. The Withdrawal Approval page opens with a list of your pending approvals.
  2. Filter the list of approvals, if required. You can select the owner and status, period of the request date, the learners' organizations, and enter keywords related to the course. Click Filter
  3. To deny a withdrawal, click Deny. The withdrawal approval is removed from the list and the learner is not withdrawn from the course.
  4. To approve a withdrawal, click Approve. The withdrawal approval is removed from the list and the learner is withdrawn from the course.
