Enabling debug and tracing options provides additional information in log files to help troubleshoot issues with LMS functionality. However, enabling these options may impact LMS performance.
Administrators with read-only access to the System Administration feature in System Roles (Manage Features > System Administration) can enable and disable debug debug and tracing options.
You can enable or disable the following debug and tracing options:
Debugging is typically enabled for resolving login or authentication issues (with LDAP or SSO, for example).
AICC-conformant courses use the HTTP/S-based AICC/CMI Protocol (HACP) to communicate with PeopleFluent Learning. You can enable HACP tracing to view HACP requests and responses on the server.
Enable AutoEnroll Tracing to log AutoEnroll processing.
There are three levels of auditing: low, medium and high.
