Edit a Holiday Calendar

Catalog administrators can edit a holiday calendar to change its name, add or remove holiday dates, and link or unlink training centers. Catalog administrators can also delete holiday calendars.

To edit a holiday calendar

  1. Go to Manage Center > Learning > Holiday Calendars. The Holiday Calendars page opens, listing the first 10 holiday calendars by default.
  2. Click the name of the holiday calendar you want to edit, or select Edit from its action menu. The Holiday Calendar page opens on the Details tab.
  3. Optional steps:
    • Click + Add Holiday to add one or more holidays to the calendar.
    • Select Edit from a holiday's action menu to edit its name or date.
    • Select Delete from a holiday's action menu to delete it.
    • Click the Training Centers tab to link or unlink training centers.
