Administrators with read-only access to the Cache Statistics feature in System Roles (Manage Features > System Administration) can view view object cache information.
Administrators with unrestricted access to the Cache Statistics feature can also clear the object caches.
To view object cache statistics, go to Manage Center > System > Object Cache Statistics.
