Instructor-oriented management of courses, participants, and the knowledge center are available from three Teach page tabs, accessed from the Teach menu.
From the Teach page instructors can manage:
This tab lists sessions with an Active or Invitation Only status to which the you are assigned as an Instructor.
Archived coursesArchived courses
This tab lists the Closed sessions for which you are configured as an instructor. When course sessions are over and their status is updated to Closed, they are moved from the Active Courses tab to the Archive tab.
Session administrationSession administration
This tab lists all the learning modules to which you have read-only or unrestricted access. You can review and enroll participants in sessions from this tab.
You can filter each tab to more easily manage courses and sessions.
To access instructor-oriented features in the Teach page, your system role must have read-only access to the Instructor feature in System Roles (Review Features > Review Features).
