About Marking Attendance

Attendance sheets can be produced for use during the training sessions in a variety of formats. You can download them from the Review Participants page. 

If you print them and mark them manually, they can be scanned and uploaded back into the LMS.

If an existing attendance sheet has already been uploaded, you can only download or delete it. To upload an updated attendance sheet, you must delete the existing one first.

You can download, delete and upload attendance sheets via the action menu in the sessions list in the Active Courses or Session Administration tabs.

You can mark attendance for participants in bulk via the Bulk Action menu on the Review Participants page for a particular session. For sessions that involve a number of classes over a period of time, you can mark attendance for each class, with the option to de-select any participants that did not attend.

To mark attendance, go to Home > Teach > Active Sessions or Home > Teach > Session Administration and click the module title of the class you want to mark attendance for.
