Edit a Facility

Catalog administrators can update the facility details and, optionally, create or edit an event for it. An event can be a date-specific reservation or a new learning module session.

To edit a facility

  1. Go to Manage Center > Learning > Facilities. The Facilities page opens, showing existing facilities.
  2. Click the name of the facility you want to edit, or select Edit Details from its action menu. The Edit page opens.
  3. Update the facility details as required.
  4. To create or edit an event for the facility, click the Schedule tab. Otherwise click Save to save your changes and return to the Facilities list page.
