Clone an Enrollment Policy

You may wish to clone an enrollment policy to quickly create one based on a similar existing policy. You can then edit the new copy as required, which can require fewer changes than creating a new policy from scratch.

Administrators with unrestricted access to the Enrollment Policy Editor can clone an Enrollment Policy.

To clone an enrollment policy

  1. Go to Manage Center > Learning > Enrollment Policy Editor. The Enrollment Policy Editor opens in a new window.
  2. In the Policies tab, expand the policy you want to clone. 
  3. Click Edit policy details. The Enrollment Policy Details page opens.
  4. Click the Clone icon on the toolbar. The new copy of the policy details opens with Copy of- prepended to the name of the original policy.
  5. Edit the policy as required.
