Review Peer Comments

For courses that have enabled ratings and peer reviews in their module properties, you can view the ratings and comments left by course participants in the Knowledge Center. You can up-vote or down-vote comments to show whether you thought they were useful or not. Unlike a forum, you cannot directly reply to specific comments, but you can communicate with participants via Contact Group Members to address any issues raised in the Peer Review comments.

To review ratings and peer comments, your system role must have at least read-only access to the Knowledge Center feature in System Roles (Learner-oriented Features > Learn Features).

To review ratings and peer comments

  1. Go to Home > Teach and select a Teach page tab. The Teach page opens at the selected tab.
  2. Filter the sessions list, if required.
  3. Select Launch Knowledge Center from a session's action menu. The Knowledge Center opens.
  4. Click Peer Comments. The ratings and comments are listed with the number of people who found each comment useful or not.
  5. Click Yes or No for each comment to up-vote or down-vote the usefulness of the comment.
