Course administrators can enable and configure the Knowledge Center for each course. The Knowledge Center provides learners with information about the courses they are enrolled in, and enables them to communicate and share files with course instructors. Instructors can use the Knowledge Center to access instructor resources, communicate with learners via email and forums, and upload files to share with learners, such as reviewed homework.
Depending on how the Knowledge Center has been configured, instructors can:
To use the Knowledge Center, your system role must have unrestricted access to the Knowledge Center feature in System Roles (Learner-oriented Features > Learn Features).
To open the Knowledge Center, select Launch Knowledge Center from a session's action menu in any of the Teach page tabs.
