Update Tokens in an Organization Token Account
You can update the tokens in an organization token account by:
- Adding discrete token values with expiry dates, if required
- Updating the organization's token values
- Deleting token values
- Transferring some or all of a token value to another organization
To update tokens in an organization token account, your user role must have unrestricted access to the Organization Token Accounts feature in System Roles (Manage Features > Payment Manager).
To update the tokens in an organization token account
- Go to . The Organization Token Accounts page opens.
- Click the name of the token account to update. The Edit Organization Token Account page opens, listing the token values that have been added to the account.
- To update a token value directly, click it and enter the updated value.
- To add a new token value, which can have its own expiry date, click + Create Token Value.
- To delete a token value, select Delete from its .
- To transfer tokens to another organization, select Transfer from its action menu. The Token Transfer dialog opens where you select the organization and number of tokens to transfer to it.
