View Question Version Archive

When a question is updated after being approved, the previous version is archived. You can see previous versions of questions in the Archive tab in the Question Editor.

Administrators with read-only or unrestricted access to the Exam and Question Manager and Questions features in System Roles (Manage Features > Exam Manager Features) can view archived versions of questions.

To view a question version archive

1. Go to Manage Center > Learning > Questions. The Exam and Question Manager page opens at the Questions tab.
2. Select the name of the question you want to view the archive for. The Question Editor opens at the Details tab.
3. Click Archive. Details of all previous versions of the question are shown.
