Exams administration involves maintaining questions and exams that can be assigned to courses or delivered as standalone learning modules. The LMS does not include an Exams Administrator system role by default, but your organization may choose to configure one to restrict access to exam and question related data and functionality.
Access to exam and question administration functions is configured in the Manage Features > Exam Features section of System Roles. There are also a number of General Role Permissions (in System Roles > Data Access Control) that must be enabled to allow administrators manage exams, questions, the approval process and reviewers.
The Exams section of the System Configuration page has a number of options to enable or disable exam-related features, and for specifying default settings.

To administer exams, questions, automatic exemption policies and question attributes, go to Manage Center > Learning > Exam and Question Manager menu.
To administer exam and question pools, question data loaders and exam style sheets, go to Manage Center > Learning > Exam Utilities menu.
