Edit a News Article

Administrators with read-only access to the Communicate Menu feature in System Roles (Learner-Oriented Features > Learn Features) can configure news articles.

You must have unrestricted access permission for a news article to edit its properties, target audience and permissions.

To edit a news article

  1. Go to Manage Center > Communicate > News Articles. The News Articles page opens with a list of previously configured news articles.
  2. Click the name of the news article you want to edit. The article opens in the News Editor page.
  3. Update the properties, target audience and permissions as required.
  4. Click Save.
