Clone a Terms of Use Agreement

You can clone a pending or published terms of agreement as many times as required. Cloning a published terms of use agreement lets you update it (the clone) and then publish it to the users who were targeted by the previous version. Cloned terms of use agreements start with a Pending status.

Administrators with unrestricted access to the Terms of Use feature in System Roles (Manage Features > Manage Features) can clone terms of use agreements.

To clone a terms of use agreement

  1. Go to Manage Center > System > Terms of Use Manager. The Terms of Use Manager page opens.
  2. Select Clone from the action menu of the terms of use you want to clone. A new copy of the terms of use is added to the list, with (n) added to the title (where n is the clone number).
