Edit a Competency Group
When you can edit a competency group, you can:
- Update its basic details
- Assign it to a different competency model
- Add or remove its competencies
- Activate or deactivate it
Administrators with unrestricted access to the Competency Group Editor feature in System Roles (Manage Features > Competency Manager Features) can edit competency groups.
To edit a competency group
- Go to .
- Click Groups. The Competency Group Editor opens.
- To open the group you want to edit, click the Search icon on the Competency Group Editor toolbar and search for it by name or reference code. Alternatively, select the competency model containing group you want to edit from the Competency catalogs drop-down list. The groups assigned to the selected competency model are listed under the drop-down list. Click the group name to open it in the editor.
- Update the group properties as required.
- Click the Save icon on the Competency Group Editor toolbar.
